We have three further holiday lets at Trebudannon to accompany the Barn,
all of which are individual in their own right, and offer an excellent standard
of accommodation in a peaceful, rural setting.
The Loggin is located on farmland close to Cornwall’s stunning coastline. There is plenty to see in the area, with Newquay just five miles away, with its popular beaches, suitable for both swimmers and surfers alike. There is an aquarium, a zoo, as well as surf academies, bars, and restaurants. Just a little further around the coast is the stunning Watergate Bay.
This studio-style cottage has been delightfully converted to make comfortable holiday accommodation for two. All of the living accommodation is located in one open-plan space, as well as some interesting period features, including the exposed stone walls, there is a TV, Blu-ray/DVD, and iPod dock. There is also a wood burner which keeps the studio lovely and cosy whatever the weather.
The kitchen area is well-equipped with an oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Tucked away behind the lounge area is the bedroom area with its king-size bed. A door next to the bedroom area leads to the en-suite shower room and WC. WiFi included.
Outside, there is a small, enclosed shingled garden with seating and your own private hot tub. Just outside of this area, is a woodland/orchard area for guests to enjoy with seating areas next to two pleasant ponds. There is also a shared games room with table football, pool table, dart board, and Bluetooth speaker.
Set in a rural location the property is within easy reach of the sights of Cornwall.
All around the coastline is a choice of golden sandy beaches which are aptly named the ‘Seven Bays for Seven Days’ where you can literally enjoy a different beach each day. You can visit either Watergate Bay, which is less than five miles away, the Eden Project which is easily accessible or the well-known town of St Ives, which has a wonderful selection of restaurants, boutique shops and the Tate Gallery.
As you enter the property you will immediately find yourself in a beautifully light and welcoming kitchen with a lovely contemporary breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. The spacious bathroom is also located on the ground floor and this comprises a shower over bath and WC.
Heading up the stairs and on to the first floor the stairway opens to a large and fabulously presented lounge/diner with a sloping ceiling and hardwood floor. Here an assortment of seating sits in front of a Smart TV with DVD player, a wood burner all of which provides a perfect place to relax after a day exploring. The bedroom is located just off the lounge and this boasts a super-king-size bed, TV/DVD, and a door leading to outside.
Venturing outside from the bedroom, a lovely enclosed decked area with seating is provided for your sole use. Further to this, enjoy access to a large shared woodland picnic area with two ponds, garden furniture and BBQ area, and a well-equipped games room with pool table, table football, darts board, and bluetooth speaker. Ample private off-road parking is provided.
Nestled on the owner’s farmland and close to Cornwall’s stunning coastline, this 300 year old wood-clad and stone property is great for a family or two couples. With endless walks from your doorstep, take a stroll on one of many public footpaths and build up an appetite. Close to the barn, there are plenty of country pubs to enjoy an evening meal and some real ale, and there's also a shop within a mile of the barn if you want to whip something up at home.
On arrival, head through the light and welcoming entrance hall into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous wood burner, this really is a wonderful blend of character and modern comforts. Relax on the luxury blue velvet corner sofa and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV or sit back and read a good book a selection available at the property for you. You are overlooking the garden and fields beyond.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you'll need for a home-cooked meal or special feast. Gather around the dining table and plan your day ahead in the heart of this wonderful home. From the hallway, you'll find that both bedrooms have Smart TVs and one has a contemporary en-suite bathroom. Completing the property is a modern family shower room.
From the lounge area, head out into the enclosed garden which is ideal for children and your four-legged friend to explore whilst you enjoy an evening tipple on the terrace. Dine alfresco with a BBQ on the go. There's plenty of storage for bikes and surfboards and even a private meadow exclusive for your use with a fire pit and rolling countryside views.
